Inside, there are three downstairs bedrooms: two with a pair of twins and a third with a king size bed with access to a full bathroom. A second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms.

Upstairs, the living room/dining room stretches across the entire width of this home. Several doors lead to the second level deck and the water view. Or if you like the looks of Katama Plains, that is what you see until you see the water. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower and an upstairs half bath.
